Best way to treat yourself!

I’ve attended Ewa’s Restorative Yoga Bliss Retreat, not once, but twice, and it is absolutely lovely each time. It’s everything you don’t even realize you need. After leaving a stressful week at work, I arrived to a room with water, fruit and small gifts. We had dinner and the most relaxing restorative and yoga nidra class, followed by the option to end the night in the hot tub. Food is delicious, and fresh, there are yoga classes sprinkled throughout the weekend, but they’re optional. It’s really a relaxation journey where Ewa is the guide, but you do what’s best for you. If you want to go for a swim, read while resting in the hammock, or have a cup of tea on the deck, the choice is yours and you can’t go wrong! I love it and highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!
